Folks,
I am in the midst of migrating our SolarWinds environment from 2017.1.3 on Windows Server 2012 R2/SQL 2014 SP3 to v 2019.4 on Windows Server 2016/SQL 2014 SP3. The vendor recommended that I copy the database, and install SW 2019.4 on the Server 2016 instance, and point it to the copy of the original database. That has been accomplished: the service starts up, and appears to be running all the addons previously installed, and carried the configuration over. That work was completed over a week ago. The service has been running continuously since then.
However, one component is not working: the "TOP CPUs by Load" widget. It displays "Data is not available". This is the case for all servers checked thus far.

Other CPU-data dependent widgets appear to be working
* CPU Capacity Forecast Chart
* Performance Analyser "Average CPU Load" starts after clicking "Start Real-Time Polling"
I ask the Thwack intelligentsia: how should I proceed?
Thank you,
-Daniel
