Has anyone run into this problem. This is the error message

I am pretty sure we had this issue in the past, however, I do not remember why.
I think support recommended we shutdown all of the services and rerun the config wizard for the site. (I think we only needed to check the "Website" option.)
I want to say they also had us delete/rename the root SolarWinds folder in our IIS directory, as the config wizard would rebuild it. (I would rename it, rather than delete it, just in case...)
I hope this helps you.
Thank you,
-Will
Actually, you might want to just try to shutdown all of the SolarWinds services on the main server, and then restart them all after a minute, before taking the server down for 10-15 minutes.
Or, perhaps just give it a reboot, for now, to clear/postpone the issue, until you have a maintenance window to work in.
I only suggest the above, as I do not know what you have/have not already tried, nor do I know how much time you have to work with.
Will,
Thanks for the reply.
I should have put in the steps I have taken with support so far.
Rebuilt the SolarWinds website under the InetPub directory, at least 4 times.
Run the configuration wizard after each rebuild.
Tried a reboot
Tried different browsers (IE, firefox, chrome).
deleted subscriptions from database.
Tried different accounts.
For some reason support had me reset my licenses.

Not sure why this is marked correct answer as I still have the problem. But I am new to using Thwack.
Wow, so it sounds like you have already been through the ringer on this one.
Unfortunately, I don't think I will be any help on this adventure, as I have nothing more to offer.
I really wish my notes were better so I could tell you what we found when we had this issue. (Though, I believe we had it when we went to 11.5, not 11.5.2)
If I find anything from my trouble history, I'll post it for you. And, if you, or support, figure out what is causing it, please post the resolution here so everyone can benefit from it.
Do you have any other modules installed? Do you have custom code for your site? Have you modified any website files?
Also, there is something you can try. In IIS, change the maximum worker processes from 5 to 1 on the Solarwinds app pool and see if it resolves the issue. If it doesn't fix it, change the setting back.
Here is a list of the software installed on our system.
Orion Platform 2015.1.2, VNQM 4.2.2, NCM 7.3.2, NPM 11.5.2, DPA 9.2.0, QoE 2.0, NTA 4.1.1, IVIM 2.1.0, SAM 6.2.1, Toolset 11.0.1
We don't have any custom code.
No website files have been modified.
In our IIS we are at 2 worker processes not 5 in our Solarwinds app pool. I am not familiar with IIS, so will this be a dynamic change or do I have to stop and restart IIS for this to take effect?
Change the setting and then run an IISreset from an elevated command prompt. That should make the change stick. As goodzhere recommended, if the change doesn't help, put the worker processes number back where it was originally
Let me know if that works. If it doesn't, I have also seen some issues with NTA causing this issue. You could uninstall NTA and see if it still does it. If it is fixed, you know the issue is with NTA. Then reinstall and see if it is still there. After that, I am out of ideas. You would need to open a Solarwinds support case and send them the requested data to get it resolved.
We just had this issue recently and we are running 10.7. I followed the linked process below and ran the below queries on the database to resolve the issue.

delete from Pendingnotifications
delete from Subscriptions
delete from SubscriptionTags
You should stop the services before doing the deletions.
I'm having a similar error with adding a user. If anyone can help me i'd be very happy.
Looks like the error is coming from SAM did you recently uninstall it or is that the only module you have?
