unable to update the alert status table using Rest API

we are trying to update alert status table using rest api but it is not updating the required data,

Thanks for your comment, we were trying to achieve reverse integration where we can acknowledge the alert and update the alert note in solarwinds.

anyways we have successfully achieved it.
