Joining APM tables

Has anyone figured out the schema to connect APM thresholds to the assigned application monitors, or the application monitor templates?

APM_ApplicationTemplate
APM_ComponentTemplate
APM_Component
APM_Threshold

APM_Applications.TemplateID = APM_ApplicationTemplate.ID

APM_Threshold.IsTemplate = 1 AND APM_Threshold.ID = APM_ComponentTemplate.ID

...for thresholds defined on component template level

APM_Threshold.IsTemplate = 0 AND APM_Threshold.ID = APM_Component.ID

BTW, getting threshold data from [APM_ComponentThresholdCache] (introduced in SAM 6.1) would be probably more efficient.
