Custom Reports are stored where?

We had our old Solar Winds Server crash. we used an external SQL server for the data bases. I have re-loaded SolarWinds, but any of the custom reports that were created before are not there.. 90% of everything else came back and is populated correctly. I need to know where the custom reports are saved, I assume on the actual server that runs Orion?? I need to know what to ask the backup team to restore for me to be able to get to the custom reports that were created. And of course the guy that set all this up is gone from the company, so I am coming in new at this.

From your primary server:

<install dir>:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\Reports

and if you have NCM installed, those are here:

<install dir>:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\NCM\Reports

We were on an older version of Orion at the time. We have looked at backups and I have none of those locations. Did older versions save it somewhere else?? This is gonna suck if I have to try and figure out what all these custom reports were..

To my knowledge, they have always been in the 'Reports' folder.

Have you tried searching your backups for the file extension " .OrionReport " ?
