Permission Analyzer crashing

I am trying to use the SolarWinds Permission Analyzer and after installing, it seems to crash instantly. I am attempting to install it on Windows Server 2012R2. It also seems to crash on Windows Server 2016. Looking at the Event Viewer, here is the error:
