Error when entering NCM credentials in Orion

Question

I've added the Last Configurations in Orion. It prompts for credentials and no matter what account I use I get the following error.

The Orion server cannot access the Orion NCM information service. The exact error was 'The handle is invalid. '

I have verified the service is running. Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply. Yes I can access the NCM website just fine. I have run the repair as well as an uninstall and install, but I get the same error.

Can you access the NCM website?   The reason I ask is this also leverages the Orion NCM Information Service.   You might also try running a repair on the NCM integration module.
