I am getting "Computers are configured to block 3rd party updates", I have checked Default GPO, I have imported signed certificate to a GPO and assigned it to test container, I have used rsop.msc to see GPO settings applied to test PC... Any sugg

This is a manifestation of the First Time Use Wizard (FTUW) trying to do to the client what you have already done manually.

Do not use the FTUW to configure a client that is already configured.
