Services Do Not Start

This could just be my installation, but the Netflow Services will not start, in fact the error we recieve is "The Service did not Start in a Timely Fashion." <Paraphrased>
Anyone else with this issue?

As the full version hasn't actually shipped yet, I'm guessing you have a beta copy.
In which case, you should contact either support or development at SolarWinds.
My guess would be something to do with .Net version 2.0 either not being installed, or access to a required site is blocked.
