Exclude Devices from "Backed Up" List?

Hello,

I have 2 nodes that I have SNMP, Netflow access but not SSH. I have added them into NCM to get the Routing Table etc and set my nightly backup jobs to exclude them as there is no SSH access. However in the Overall Devices Backed Up vs. Backed Up it shows as 2 devices not backed up -

Does anyone know a way to exclude these from showing here?

Just to follow up a little, this is different to a similar post of mine (Linux Server) as I dont have SSH access at all. I cant use a limitation to negate the node inquestion as it wont show it if its down etc.

Any ideas?

There's no limitation that can be added to keep these from showing up. Since they are in NCM, they are going to be counted within that chart, even though you have excluded them since there is no ssh access. Now, being they appear to be cisco devices, from the screenshot, some Cisco allow backups via SNMP if you have the r/w string. Have you tried this to try to backup the devices?

Unfortunatly it is an ISP Managed router so we have very limited snmp (RO) access and netflow. There is no way I will be able to get RW or SSH access to the device

Yeah, without removing them, or limiting to view to all other nodes but them (which would pull them out of all the resources) there's not going to be anything you can do to just remove them from that chart/calculation.

Though as much, will raise a feature request to have the SWQL Filters like on the NPM Resources / Node Trees etc.
