Netpath Services all turned grey, charts have no data - Any ideas?

My entire Netpath Services dashboard turned to grey dots and when I try to load charts they are saying no data to display.

They had been working for several months. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm getting this in the log:

Just basing on the limited information it sounds like your job engine might not be running and or it might be having problems. When you notice the dots go grey, are any other data points obsolete? Any other devices showing grey in normal monitoring? Anything else outside of netpath that could be popping out as a potential problem that you could see?

Because normally if this is truely a job engine problem it would be affecting more than just netpath alone. Have you checked any other of the logs? All these other services have logs as well and could potentially give a little more lead to a potential problem.

One possible fix here is to re-run configuration wizard. Now there is a chance this might not help as well but usually for most minor issues it will help. And as always you can open a support ticket as well. They can walk you through steps of uninstalling and reinstalling the job engine and collector and re-running configuration wizard which might also be another potential fix.
