We are a partner for solarwinds since 10 years, we actually did most of Solarwinds implementation in our country, recently we were working with one bank and did a POC / evaluate most of Solarwinds modules and we who opened this opportunity, until we reached the pricing stage Solarwinds team (inside sales) they act unethically and offer the bank discounted offer to push the customer place the order before end of the months as it seems commit with their management to close this deal, even the customer was issuing the PO for us, but they inform the customer you will save money ( Partner distributer margins and sales tax ) so the customer placed order directly with SolarWinds.
I am trying to escalate the case to their management but I don't have their contact details, VP sales (MEA) , CEO, any suggestion as I am sure this will not be accepted from the management, I have all the evidences emails.
