Add a website (URL) to just monitor UP and down

Can you use NPM to do this or do you have to have SAM to add a Website to monitor UP and Down status only?

You can create a NetPath service to the web services port number. It will give you the web services status and also the path analysis.

Only NPM will suffice for this purpose. SAM gives you much more.
