How to choose different variable for alert descriptions.

Hi All,

I am new to Solarwinds and and I have a little query here, any help will be greatly appreciated!

I have created a sql user experience monitor and wrote a query to capture the no of blocking sessions count. I am trying to create an Alert for the same where i want to have a description like " $Componentname has breached the crtical threshold value $defined threshold value and the current value is $current statistic value"

Please let me know what variables to use in place of $Componentname and  $current statistic value (Please refer the screen shot attached for Current statistic value which gives query output).
