Is there a way to receive alerts on processes that are hung in task manager and also receive alerts on a service stopped in SolarWinds Service manage, for instance NetPerfmon.

You can use APM to alert on a service being stopped. But what exactly do you mean by having alerts on processes that are hung in task manager? You can use APM to alert on processes when CPU or Memory usages gets over certain threshold, would that work for you?
