Old NTA database Removal

Hi thwack,

please help to fix my NTA installation. I wasn't able to fully install the netflow service from my Orion due to databse conflict from a previous installed NTA. How can I totally remove all database and dependencies of NTA from my NPM database?

The answer depends on version of NTA from which you try to upgrade. But I would definitely suggest you to start with this post:

I see your reply under that post, so if you already tried our NTA removal tool and it did not help to resolve your problem, I would suggest to open support ticket (if your NTA is under maintenance).
