I read this and i dont think we have any custom SQL DBstatments set to do the operation. is there a function that automatically sends an email when i clear an alert.
i don’t see a trigger for this action in the alert manager > configure alerts > manage alerts section when i try to edit any that are selected. I see triggers for node down or up
but nothing stating send alert when acknowledged.
I don’t know if this is to vague to help you understand. if it is please specify where i need to clarify so this is more easily understood.
