LOGIN ISSUE

Hi,

In our environment we created 3 AD groups each group has 12 member's so the total user count is 36 out this 36 user 5 user's were not able to login the solarwinds, we have checked with AD team regarding this and also the users has been removed and added back in the group's, still the user's facing the same issue. CAN ANY ONE FROM SOLARWINDS TECHNICAL TEAM HELP US TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.
