Device Identification Issue

Hi,

This is my first post ; so far the sites looks great.
congrates to all the people involved for making this support Site......

I have Orion Performance Monitor Installed ; but some devices are not identified (( F5 products ))
and utilization shows 100% most of the time on SolarWinds...
Does anyone face the same issue or has resolution to this issue???

You might want to post information about that device in this thread: Tell us your "Unknown" devices!

and utilization shows 100% most of the time on SolarWinds...

To troubleshoot this, You should run a network trace and poll manually the "CPU Load and Memory Use" in system manager to easily capture which OIDs are polled and and which value they return.

Orion is probably polling the OID: 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2 (HOST-RESOURCES-MIB:hrProcessorLoad) to get the CPU utilization.
