Trouble with condition groups

I'm just getting started with Advanced Alerts and have a pretty 'newbie' understanding of exactly how everything works. I'm trying to set up an alert for a number of SQL servers that need certain properties monitored. I created an alert for high memory utilization but am getting unexpected results. Namely, I am getting alerts for a couple of servers which I did not specify in the condition group as well alerts for servers with a memory utilization lower than I specified in the condition. Where am I going wrong here? Screenshot below...

You'll need to move the "Percent Memory" out of the grouping.  Delete the % mem, delete the 2nd "Trigger alert when all", click the first "all", click the "..." and add simple, then change that to the "percent mem", that should make the indenting equal to the "Windows" condition and you should be good.
