When trying to import the CIS_IOS 15.xml file from the "Shared on Thwack" in SolarWinds I get the following error:
There is an error in XML document (2148, 16).
Has anybody seen this before?

Hey freesto - I can help you troubleshoot. I'm trying to find a file on THWACK called "CIS_IOS 15", but I'm not finding anything. Do you have any additional details you can provide? Some examples of helpful information would be:
- Which SolarWinds product are you trying to download this for/from?
- Is an XML file a supported file extension for the product you're trying to access it from?
- Is "CIS_IOS 15" the correct file name?
- Can you find "CIS_IOS 15.xml" in THWACK, or is it only showing as available in Orion?
- Is the file listed as having an owner/creator in Orion? That owner name will help me track down the file itself.

I figured out what the problem was. when you go to the Reports tab in NCM there is a sub-tab for "Shared on Thwack". Under the CIS section there is a report for CISCO-IOS-15.xml. Unfortunately, there is extra text at the end of the XML file that makes it invalid. Downloading the file and deleting the text allows you to import it. It works correctly then. Is there some way to let the contributor know that their file isn't working as intended?
