Is it possible to capture syslogs from unsupported tools/devices? If yes, how to do it?

It is somewhat possible, if all you're interested in is raw log collection and search, not real-time analysis, alerting, and correlation. If you want something integrated to the real-time feed, though, we're still working on a way for customers to self-serve these requests, so you'll have to go through our support team.

How to get only the raw log collection? Which tool should I use from the list of the tools, if the application I want to get the log from is not in the list?
