Hi I received training solarwinds management of core (NPM, APM, NCM) from Corona services in March 2013, and I found very successful on the knowledge gained solarwinds products. Crown staff is professional and week of training solarwinds learned much, so I recommend because the manual provided by them has helped me to deepen about the tools you have this product.
