Alert when custom poller doesn't update within x minutes?

I'm trying to setup an alert, but am not able to find the variables I want. What I want to do is have an alert setup to notify us when a custom poller hasn't yielded a result in say 30 minutes. I'm not too sure what causes this, but I have a few values that just aren't updating. See example:

I use SQL Server Agent to check custom pollers. Perhaps you can modify this to suit your own requirements, or it might give you ideas for a built-in alert for checking specific custom pollers etc.
