Help me about APM 3.0

I had lots of Centos server, on these server I have many service with port 80,100117.

On APM, when add new application to monitor then the system cannot monitor. You can see the picture as below.

When you edit the application, are you able to test all the components successfully?

I would suggest that you open a support ticket for this issue. We will need to have a look at diagnostics to be able to tell the cause of timeouts.

Was there any resolution to this problem? I am still having this problem and have a ticket created with support but I still have no reply from anyone.
