I remember from previous versions that if I cleared an alert but the condition still exists that the alert will come back in a minute or so.
Now, in Orion 2018.4HF1, when I clear an alert, it does not run the reset action, and it NEVER re-alerts. The SAM monitor is still red, it's still in a critical state, but no alert. I can edit the alert definition and save it, and it will trigger.
Is anyone else on 2018.4HF1 experience the same thing, or anyone on any newer version experience this.. or is this just me?
If this is me, I'll make a support ticket. If it's the version, i'll upgrade. If this is new behavior, I need to make some modifications to our custom helpdesk intregration.
