LEM report error

We are getting error message when installing report tool, error message below

The program can't start because csibo-2-0 dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem,

Looks like it's an issue with the Crystal Reports plugin, re-installation instructions if you haven't tried that already:

If you used the installer that contains both Crystal Runtime and LEM Reports, you may still want to download and install the separate Crystal Runtime installer from the customer portal. In my experience, it nearly always errors out when just using the dual installer. I find it better to install separately and to install Crystal Runtime first, then LEM reports. Also, make sure you run as admin. Hope this helps.
