Licenses in SolarWinds

Good morning Thwack Community.

I have a questions about the licenses that SolarWinds use for the different modules and functionalities. Right now we have a message that 2 licences are going to expire, so I have this questions about it:

1. ¿The renewal of licenses is related to the version of the server/modules installed? For example, if we have the NPM version 12.1, the licenses should be "related" to this version or it's indifferent.

2. When we make the process or renewal, ¿We will receive the new activation codes via email?

3. ¿This licenses are activated in the ORION server?

I'll appreciate your comments.

Licenses are not version specific

All your activation codes will be given via the customer portal

When you activate you will just enter the key into the License Management page of the web console as long as it can reach the internet. If it can't then there is a process for doing offline activations.

I'm going to check the documentation about the actualization too.
