Data centre standards document and project handover.

Hi All,

Has anyone got a good data centre standards document that they wouldn't mind sharing? I'm also after a project handover document that I can present to support teams once I've completed a project. If anyone has either of these I'd love a copy or else I'll have to write my own and that could take a while.
