Outbound Slow Connection

What is the step taken to overcome slow connection due to high-usage.

Can you give us more information. What type of connection. What is slow? What is the environment?

Our office leased line is 1MB currently fully utilised. The outbound of our public ip group is hit 1<B consistenly. Slow connection may due to high usage.

Thus all traffic from our server to internet(public ip) via same first hop with reservation of 1MB encountered high latency due to congestion.

We have done host tracing to same website, with same path and via same gateway are getting approximated 200ms response time only.

Correction:The outbound of our public ip group is hit 1MB consistenly.

Are you able to see what traffic is using the bandwidth and by what endpoint? If those are valid you may have no choice other than upgrading bandwidth.
