Is it possible to create a package to push Office 07 via Eware?
As long the installation is a single EXE, MSI, or MSP and can be installed completely silent, then yes.
Ok, well let us know here how that works. I am also looking at an Office 2007 workstation installation via Eminentware.
Office 07 is not a single exe, msi or msp.

although not directly supported until the next version, you can have multiple files when creating a package in the current version.
If requires some manual copying of files to the eminentware server in the packages\<office_package_id> directory.
This will package the contents of the entire folder.
