I am wondering if anyone is monitoring Microsoft's SCCM with APM. I am wondering what would be the most critical services to be watching for an which servers? Any ideas would be welcome.

I don't know much about SCCM, but pickerin uploaded a template named "SCCM Secondary Site" to the content sharing area on thwack less than a week ago.
I downloaded it, and it appears to monitor these processes:
CcmExec.exe
smsexec.exe
sitecomp.exe
smswriter.exe
You can search for and then import this template into Orion APM from APM Settings > Import Application Monitor Templates from thwack
