Top 5 Endpoints - Top 5 Applications - No Data

Question

I am receiving Netflow data just fine on Orion 10 SP 1, NTA 3.7, but when I go to the summary page, I see "No data for selected time frame " (past hour) on the Top 5 Endpoints or Top 5 Applications graphs.

I can drill in to the router sending traffic and see every thing, but these two graphs don't show Last hour data. If I change each graph to 24 hours, or even 2 hours I get the graphs, but if I change them to last hour I get now data.

The router is sending data all the time so what's the deal with these two graphs?

There could be a similar behavior caused by different time(s) on some of the computers running following instances: Netflow Traffic Analyzer service, Web concole, Database server. If this is your case then I would recommend adjusting times so that they are same on all computers running mentioned instances (as NetFlow Traffic Analyzer currently does not support multiple time-zones solution). Otherwise you may need to open a support ticket.

Strange. I would suggest opening a support ticket. Be sure to include diagnostics.
