So being completely brand new to SolarWinds and all the various modules I'm looking to possibly have a development environment that I can tool around with without impacting production. That being said is there additional licensing required to build out a development environment? The reason I ask is the budget of my company is really small and I'm hoping there is a cheap/free way to build a small dev environment for the Orion Platform. Anyone have insight on this?
