Issues using Cisco ASA VPN Tunnel Template

Hi I imported this template in to do application checks against my device. I have a Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Version 9.5(2)2. I am able to perform snmp queries to the device, but when I try to load the SAM template onto the device I get this error: 'There was an error generating the XML document'. I was wondering if anyone in the thwack community could help shed some light on this! Thanks in advance!

This is not a problem with the template, but either an issue with SAM or the data being returned by the device. I can honestly say that this issue has never been reported before, so I'm at a complete loss as to where to start. I would recommend first upgrading to SAM 6.2.3 if you're on an older release. If the issue continues, take a MIB walk from the device and grab a diagnostic from the Orion server. If you have an additional polling engine and this ASA is managed by the APE, also grab diagnostics from that poller as well. Then open up a case with support so we can determine the cause of the issue.
