Juniper router config download problem
jkbonds
Our nightly configuration pull has periodic problems with Juniper routers: sometimes the download is a blank config, so therefore the change report lists every line. It's not consistent, so I haven't been able to figure out why Cirrus sometimes gathers the configuration correctly and othertimes not.
I see that Cirrus is hard-coded to pull both running and startup config - but with Junipers there is really only a running. Cirrus downloads the same config twice because of this - and sometimes it misses during the 'running' download, and sometimes during the 'startup' download.
Anyone else find/fix this issue?

SolarWinds Tech support suggested I set the config manager to download half as many configs simultaneously. I changed it at file/settings/Configs/config transfers from 10 to 5 and it seems to have worked.
