Also i am fetching nodedetailURL variable in alert message which is not giving me the FQDN in URL. If clicking on the link its not opening but if i am adding FQDN in the URL its accessible .

checked IIS setting website configured with the FQDN:443 , not sure why not showing in the alert email.? Any help how to get solarwinds URL with FQDN.

Issue is resolved . Also , There is another variable called "detailUrl " in alert action. Configured that variable  alert message and now, i could see the detailed URL with FQDN.

Yep, there's also a way to do it in the GUI since version 12.0 roughly,
