Has anyone setup a solarwinds alert function, to trigger an email alert when an international call is made?
We have Solarwinds VNQM.
I dont see native function, but i do see call details in the database under the VoipCallDetails and VoipCDRs tables.
I have setup a custom alert using a SQL query, tested with with an international call, i saw the DB table update, but no alert.
I have also setup a custom report using the same query, the report works! perhaps i should schedule that report to be ran and emailed at a specific time.
