adding OS details in alert

Hi,

We have large number of systems and sends alerts on the disk utilization. Alert contains information about hostname, disk, % used. Is there any way to add OS version as well?.

Found the solution. Issue looks fairly straightforward, included variable in the alert trigger action section.
