Orion NetFlow Traffic Analyzer (Orion NTA) 2.0

I've not called a Sales rep, but is this upgrade going to cost extra beyond what I've already paid for Netflow Alalyzer. That is the conclusion I arrived at after viewing an email from the sales department.

it might do........ depends which NTA edition (SL10 etc) you currently have and which edition of Orion (SL100, SL250 etc)

You'll need to call sales to work out what's what!

Hmm. I have contacted sales to try and find more info... I dont think they will charge more...?

As I said. It depends what you already have in terms of Orion and NTA v1. Sales will tell you exactly what you need to do

Charging extra for FIXing a poorly coded application is wrong.
Solarwinds should offer all NTA v1 customers a no charge path to v2 regardless of other factors.

We purchased, installed, and had to uninstall NTA v1 because it wouldn't function as advertised. I wouldn't give a dime more for NTA v2.
