Do versions of NTA 4.2.3 and previous require a separate database?
NO ... but it does depend upon the size of your network!! I have SAM, Config Manager, IP Address Manager, NPM, NetFlow, and Virtualization Manager all using the same database. I am running all the latest SW software on Server 2019, SQL Server 2016. Hope this helps.
Yes it does. Versions of NTA AFTER 4.2.3 need a separate database and I was looking for a separate database on another installation and when I didn't find one, I needed to check that previous to 4.2.3, the databases were not separated. Thanks for the info.
