The attached VMs+Reclaimable+CPU+and+Memory.xml file is a custom table report utilizing the VMAN Recommendations feature. It lists all virtual machines where CPU and/or memory can be reclaimed (i.e. the over-allocated machines).
You can import the report in Orion via REPORTS > All Reports > Manage Reports > EXPORT/IMPORT. Please make sure you have at least one month of historical data in order to achieve reasonable recommendations.
