Do unpluggable interfaces show up in Down Interfaces resources?

I know that they will not alert, but in a view with the default resource for Down Interfaces, will they be listed?

No they will show up under an unplugged status they will not show up as down. They will even have a different icon and color in the system when they are unplugged.
