Can not take backup of CISCO Wireless Controller in NCM, Error Connection Refused.

we Can not take backup of CISCO Wireless Controller in NCM, always Error Connection Refused, but SSH login is working with all devices. we open the case with Solar winds Team they also clueless what is the issue.

if any one have solution please share.

Hello,

From the WLC's polling engine try to SSH using putty. If successful you should not be receiving the connection refused error. Can you share screenshots of the error? also from the same polling engine try to add another WLC and see if the same error is happening.
