Configuration download issue

Hello,

I'm running into trouble with Cirrus I  bought it one month ago but have not been able to use it yet.

Each time I try to download a configuration from one of our Cisco devices it only displays the first 20 lines.

i've checked the forum and edited the RESET value in the Cisco IOS-OID file, I also checked the TFTP settings but it didn't fix my problem.

It's great to read the hostnames of my managed devices from my 20 lines conf files but that's pretty much it.

It's really getting on my nerves and definitly not ready within 1 hour.

Hello,

My apologies, I was getting nervous and confused but eventually i found out the issue was not related to Cirrus itself.

It was due to TACACS shell command authorization not correctly set to allow the "terminal width 0" command.

Tell us more about your issue-  What type of devices? are you receiving any errors? v. 3.5.1? Have you enabled Session Tracing? You can view the location of the Session Trace under File > Settings > Advanced > Session Tracing.

I just called the tech support, i waited 32 minutes and got nobody, I am really unhappy.
