Upgrade Orion Platform 2018.4

I need to upgrade Orion Platform 2018.4 to upgrade Orion Platform 2019 ,the last version,so I want to know what the risks I will find it after Upgrade .

specially in reports that are generated automatically & network atlas map.

I have NPM 12.4 ,IPAM 4.8.1 ,NTA 4.5.0,UDT 3.3.2 & NetPath 1.1.4
