Data retention

Question

I have Netflow set to keep uncompressed data 1 hour and compressed for 90 days.  My question is this:  Should the compressed data, for example on day 80, still be available in 15-minute increments?  Most of it looks to be when I look back to almost a month ago, except not "Total packets transferred", "Total Bytes transferred" and "Unique visitors", which say "Not enough samples, select a smaller sample interval".  Can you explain?  -Debbi

Data older than a week is compressed into 24-h increments.  All of the information about the flows is still there except the exact time specific NetFlow packets were received.  Data older than a week would tell you how much data when from Endpoint 1 to Endpoint 2 using Protocol X on a given day.
