Real-time change detection and Policy violations

Hi,

I want to talk about two things I think could be improve.

1- In a future release, can you add the possibility to send real-time change detection report in HTML format. Right now it's text only and depending of you email client, it's not always easy to read it. Something professional like reports you can receive in NPM (alarms).

2- With the current release of NCM, when there is no policy violation detected, you have the message "Data not available in Policy Cache" . I find this confusing as it may implies there is a problem . On the screenshot attached, you can see how it's working right now and how I think woud be better (just put zero for all 3 informational, warning and critical errors).

we can certainly look at making this an option. for internal folks, #4507
