I have searched the web and found some older articles, but none of them seem to do what I am looking for. I have a handful of nodes that for some reason or another stop responding to SNMP polls. I can have my team restart services or turn off firewalls, but I need some kind of alert to notify them when it is failing.
I would like an alert that triggers in the web alert console so that it gets visibility and follow up by the appropriate teams.
