Hi Friends... Orion does not have inbuilt support for monitoring the Citrix Netscaler loadbalancers....It is kind of surprise for me though.. Even the support team was of no help to me..
I am posting on Thwack community to find that if anyone else is facing the same issue...I know Netscalers are pretty common these days...and I am not the only one.
I was able to get the VIP status using custom device pollers which works fine but now I need email alerts on Netscaler VIP stats in real time..I was wondering if anyone on this forum can help me on the custom sql query or any help will be appreciated....I am not a sql person... Thanks for reading the post..
